Dragon*Con Updates
Greetings All...
So some updates about Dragon*Con. First of all, we've be notified of what categories The Paranormalists and Booth Girls will be competing in. Not all that surprisingly, Chance and Ben are going head to head with a half dozen other horror shorts in the Horror Comedy contest. Formidable Woman, Queen Natalia, and the other lovely ladies of Booth Girls will be taking on a horde of competition in the Comedy category.
Updated information, along with screen shots from both movies can be found below, so check 'em out and if you know anyone in Atalanta, give them a call and get them over to Dragon*Con right quick.

Dragon*Con Film Festival
Big news to report! The Paranormalists and Booth Girls have both been accepted to the Dragon Con Short Film Festival! That's right...two films one fest, can anyone say domination?
Dragon Con, one of the cornerstones of geek culture, is celebrating it's ... year in, ... of those with a short film festival. Held in Atlanta, GA, the Con in one of the oldest and most respected nerd events around, and in terms of straight up comic conventions it's tauted at the largest in the US. The festival is juried and categories have yet to be released but we will keep you updated as things happen.
Congratulations to the casts and crews of both films, this is great news and hopefully more is on the way!

Presenting: Booth Girls!
Tomorrow The World is proud to announce the completion of principal photography for our latest short project, Booth Girls. Written and directed by long time TtW collaborator Adam Mallinger, the story follows bright-eyed Emily during her first day of work as a booth girl at a comics convention. Throughout the day Emily is faced with crazed fans, leering weirdoes, power mad staff, and of course a cast of colorful spokes models all with their own unique take on working the convention floor.
The cast of Booth Girls includes Jen Nikolaisen, Courtnee Draper, Kelsey Crane, Gena Shaw, and Adam Wylie as Comic Con Staffer Wil.
Shot over two days, the production had its fair share of challenges from creating a unique look for each of the booth girls to building and staffing a busy pop culture convention floor. We owe a great deal of gratitude to a cast and crew that brought out their a-game and if the dailies are any indication (and one has to assume they are) we’ve got a great little movie in the making.
Booth Girls is unique in that we have a very specific end goal in mind – to premiere it at the San Diego Comic Con this July – a challenge in that all film submissions must be in by March 1st. The film is currently in the hands of editor Joe Patrow, and a rough cut should be delivered by the end of this week with sound and music to follow soon after.
Thanks to the fantastic cast and crew for making this an amazing experience and as always we invite you to check back often for updates and news about Booth Girls and our other ongoing projects.

Touchy Feely

We decided to kick off the New Year by posting the third Episode of Failing Upwards, Touchy Feely. I know, I know, some of you are saying we would probably have posted it anyway and you know what you're probably right. We'd love it if you and a hundred of your closest friends watched it and emailed it and commented on it.
In other news we are hard at work on the next few episodes of the web series as well as our next, bigger, macro short. Not to be oblique, but we are still holding back a few details for now as to the specifics so we can get our ducks in a row. Expect a real announcement with specifics in the next few days (God Willing). Until then...
